I went to the beach one day

I looked up into the sky

And the strangest sight came to my eye

A shiny ship it was so bright

Well my first thought was to run away

But as I turned, to my surprise

In a window, I saw sky blue eyes…

A silver ladder it came down

Until it nearly touched the ground

I couldn’t move I was paralyzed

Enchanted by those sky-blue eyes

A foot appeared upon the stair

I wondered if it saw me there

It’s skin was green, it’s hair was too

But the form was woman through and through

She started then to walk my way

I couldn’t move I had to stay

She stood beside me on the sand

And without a word, she touched my hand

I stared at her, she looked at me

And smiled most seductively

She said “I wonder if you’d mind

To do a favor for my kind

“You see my race is dying out

We were hoping you could help us out

I know that we’d appreciate

It if you’d help up propogate”

Well I didn’t know just what to say,

So I only mumbled, “Uh, okay”

She smiled and whispered, “Then let’s go”

And on her spaceship, we did make it so!
